Tracie Moss (on right) is a Speech Language Pathologist and military wife of
23 years. Following the career path God has placed before
her, Tracie shares her passion for health and wellness. Tracie and Kevin
(married 22 years) have two daughters (Ashley and Emma).

Elizabeth Winn has been in full time local church ministry for more
than 19 years. She has a special passion for encouraging women
in their walk with God and their ministry to their families. Elizabeth
and Sean (married 20 years) have a son (Taylor) and daughter (Elin).

At the heart of Living Well Ministry, God put a love for women. We believe many women in today’s society, including women in the church, live in crisis mode. The plate of our lives overflow with duties and responsibilities that pull us in multiple directions. We spend our days full of activity, yet miss the key ingredient of life - joy.

At Living Well Ministry, it’s our goal to offer hope and practical help to women. We do this by addressing the key issues in a woman’s life: the spiritual, and health & wellness.

We seek to challenge and encourage women spiritually in
their relationships with God, their husband, children, friends, and their
circle of influence. Then we offer hopeand education in the area of health and wellness.

In health and wellness, our focus is to understand the root causes of why we feel the way we do physically, and debunk the myth that putting ourselves first means we’re selfish. In reality, we are called to steward our gift of health in order to fulfill our purpose. In addition, we offer tools in the area of time and stress management. All of these areas, when placed under God’s control, result in a life that is primed to fulfill all He’s called us to do.

Getting on the Bus

What is God asking of you? If you have to think about that question, then He is probably not "on you" about something specific at this very moment. But...if when you read that question your heart skipped a beat and a cold sweat broke out on your forehead....you, my friend, are who I'm talking to!

God is asking me to let go of fear in an area of my walk with Him. This is scary for me. I want to let go and I realize I really don't have a choice if I want to move fowared in the plans God is calling me to. What I have come to learn is that God knows when we are ready for change. We don't. He knows us better than we know ourselves. He wouldn't call us to change if He knew we weren't ready. This past year I've lost about 25 pounds or so....I had been trying to lose that weight for years. For some reason, God knew this past year I was ready. Ready for what? Well...I was finally ready to listen and do it His way. Not mine.

I know if God is asking me to let go of fear and move out in courage and boldness for Him, than He must know I am ready. I'm taking small, timid, baby steps forward to let God know I am ready to do this His way. I'm choosing to "get on the bus" and go on this journey He is calling me to. I'm making myself accountable to a few people who will help keep me moving forward.

So....do you want to get on the bus with me? I'd love have some traveling companions! We can pray for each other and encourage one another along the way. What do you say? If God is asking you to change...no matter what area in life in...will you join me? That is what the body of Chirst is for....to do this life together.
